We build across the City of Los Angeles, from Mid-City and the Westside to Northeast L.A. Most projects are permitted through the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety (LADBS), and many lots also fall under hillside, historic (HPOZ) or specific-plan rules, which we check for your address before design starts. Recent and current work includes Park La Brea, the Fairfax District, Miracle Mile and Atwater Village.

Much of Hancock Park is a Historic Preservation Overlay Zone, so exterior work visible from the street can need HPOZ review in addition to a building permit. We plan for that from the first sketch, including on our recent Hancock Park ADU.
